ls5 laser system
The BLM GROUP LS5 laser cutting system is equipped with a 6 KW fiber source and allows the cutting of steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass and copper sheets up to a thickness of 30 mm.
The maximum size of the sheet metal is 3000x1500 mm.
The machine is integrated with a tower warehouse and automatic loading and unloading system for raw and cut sheets.
It is also equipped with an automatic nozzle change system which allows continuous cycle production, maintenance of cleanliness and control of the wear status of the nozzle, guaranteeing finished pieces without burrs or defects.
LT COMBO
Fully automatic laser cutting system
Thanks to an innovative system, the machine allows the passage from sheet metal to tube and vice versa without any retooling or configuration modification.
The maximum dimensions of the sheet metal are 3,000x1,500 mm, thickness up to 20 mm on iron and 12 mm on stainless steel.
In tube mode the machine can automatically load and unload bars up to a length of 6,670 mm with a max weight of 35 Kg/ml and with dimensions:

The tube line is equipped with two passing spindles, controlled by the CNC, capable of processing the entire bar, on both ends and without final waste (whole bar processing); the processing takes place without translation movements of the tube. This solution allows for high dynamic performance and guarantees precision even when working on heavy tubes.
